It is my pleasure to bring elegant floral designs from the field to your vase. I create thoughtful and unique designs to celebrate your story, honor the season, and capture the theme of your event. Whether it be a family gathering, wedding, banquet, formal event, corporate function, or intimate dinner, it is my mission to meet all of your floral needs.
Meet ErinI began my career in floral design while in college at Virginia Tech. There, I fell in love with the art, developed a unique style for design, and grew in my knowledge of floral composition and mechanics.
It is my hope to keep your guests ooh-ing and ahh-ing at beautiful arrangements, while not using your whole budget. I will work with you to develop floral arrangements with special attention to detail and planning. My creative designs and delicate touches will bring life to your event. Through striking colors, natural elements, and subtle patterns, I am here to make your floral dreams come to life! |
How to keep your flowers looking fresh
Cut the stems at an angle. One of the most common mistakes people make is forgetting to cut the stems.
Prune. Remove any leaves below the waterline. Not only does pruning give your arrangement a fresher and cleaner look, but it also prevents bacterial growth.
Water well and nourish. I am a firm believer in the use of floral food. It increases the shelf life of your arrangement, as well as providing your flowers with the nourishment they need.
Keep your flowers in a cool place, out of direct sun, and away from fruit. Both heat, which causes flowers to dehydrate faster, and ripening fruits, which release ethylene gas, will reduce the longevity of your flowers.
